PROJECTS – Richaven Architecture & Preservation

The Richaven project experience includes renovations and alterations to existing buildings, sustainable design, and disaster preparedness throughout all phases of project planning, design, execution and delivery phases. Our projects are generally ones available to the general public and include both public and private clients. Higher education and research facilities, medical facilities, theatres, schools, or transportation projects are just a few of the projects we have completed.

Richaven has experience with construction budgets from $5,000 to $587 million and sizes from 232 square feet to 762,000 square feet. Construction types have included structural steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, heavy timber, light wood and metal frame structures. Project phasing has included single phase and multiple phase project delivery, including Design-Bid-Build, Negotiated Bid, and other project delivery processes. Richaven has managed projects with teams of up to 12 architects and 20 consultants. We have also worked with significantly larger project teams as well.
