Richaven has performed multiple building assessments for the purposes of assessing current conditions, historic integrity and for the development of maintenance plans. Building a team of knowledgeable consultants who can quickly observe and understand the existing construction is important to being able to quickly deliver comprehensive, useful information. We have provided assessment services for projects such as the On the Boards Theatre for a maintenance plan, the Old Woodinville School Rehabilitation, Tacoma Municipal Building, and 5 buildings and armories for the Washington Military Department, as well as assessment of building conditions for the purposes of developing contract and construction drawings.
